  • On average, most first drafts are delivered in just 3 days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

  • BrandKits offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs.

    Clients send us design requests in all kinds of ways—Trello cards, Google Docs, wireframes, or even a quick Loom if they’d rather talk it out. As long as it can be dropped into Trello, it works for us!

  • Yes! Each Kit comes with at least one round of revisions to ensure the design aligns with your vision.

    Our Kit Club members get to enjoy unlimited revisions on their work for extra flexibility.

  • Our Kit Club Membership provides on-demand design support. It’s perfect for businesses needing frequent design support but not wanting to hire the resource.

  • You’ll get high-resolution files in various formats, including PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF—ensuring you have everything needed for digital and print use.

  • Once you’re in the Kit Club, you can add as many design requests as you like to your queue. All requests will be delivered one by one.

  • Large requests are available within our Kit Club Membership. These will be broken down into smaller tasks by the Brand Kits team. We will aim to continuously deliver new work every 48-72 hours until the large request is complete.

  • No problem. You can select and purchase a single Brand Kit from our kit list for a one-time fee.

  • Due to the high-quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued once work has begun.

  • Yes. Our Brand Kits, and Kit Club Memberships do not cover the following design work:

    3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.), and Adobe InDesign documents.
